The VET by EHL Professional Diploma in Culinary, Food & Beverage
Service and Hotel Administration & Operations, is delivered in
18 months combined of in-classroom learning and on-the-job
apprenticeships, awarding students with three certified levels
and a Professional Diploma.
VET by EHL Apprenticeship Mode is based on a dual system -
Practical Training (Apprenticeship) on four days at Licensee's
Partner Hotels/ Restaurants supplemented by one-day Theoretical
Classes (vocational and some general educational subjects) at
the Licensee's Training Centre or Partner Hotels.
"Learning by Doing" is the core of VET by EHL Apprenticeship
Mode. It focusses on industry-aligned practical training without
compromising knowledge acquired from core theoretical
fundamentals. Students learn to operate in a legitimate
organizational setting that empowers them to seamlessly adapt to
the industrial environment.
